What is GeoZaps
GeoZaps is an advanced car tracking system that allows you to monitor the location, security and performance of your vehicle in real-time. It's ideal for personal cars, fleets, and even rental vehicles, offering peace of mind with its accurate GPS tracking.

1. Terms & Conditions (Malaysia)
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the GeoZaps website and GeoZaps services in Singapore (“Service”). By accessing our website or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Service overview

GeoZaps provides vehicle tracking and alert features through a mobile app and compatible device. Features may vary by plan, vehicle, network coverage, and device compatibility.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to subscribe to the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise.
Charges are collected through the payment method you provide.
Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

4. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel anytime through the method provided at sign-up.
Fees already billed are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in a written promotion.

5. Device use & installation
You are responsible for ensuring the device is installed and used safely and lawfully.
Do not use the Service to monitor vehicles you do not own or have permission to track.

6. Network & availability
Service availability depends on mobile networks, device conditions, and system maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to interfere with it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeoZaps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the relevant billing period.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an effective date.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

GeoZaps Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage
GeoZaps offers a 6-month warranty on all devices, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use. If the device malfunctions during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
