GeoZaps is an advanced car tracking system that allows you to monitor the location, security and performance of your vehicle in real-time. It's ideal for personal cars, fleets, and even rental vehicles, offering peace of mind with its accurate GPS tracking.

  1. How does GeoZaps work?
    GeoZaps uses GPS technology to track your vehicle’s movements in real-time. You can access this information through our mobile app or web portal, which shows you your car's current location, trip history, and more
     

  2. Is there a subscription fee for using GeoZaps?
    No, GeoZapsdo not requires a monthly subscription to access advanced features such as real-time tracking, geofencing, and notifications. You will need an active 4G sim card have active tracking.
     

  3. Does GeoZapswork internationally?
    GeoZapsworks in most countries with network coverage. Please check your SIM coverage or SIM contact customer support to verify if it is supported in your country.
     

  4. How do I install GeoZaps in my vehicle?
    GeoZaps is a plug-and-play device that connects directly to your vehicle’s OBD port. No special tools or technical expertise are needed. Simply plug it in, and you're ready to start tracking! Download ZEROGPS, pair and Track!
     

  5. Can I transfer GeoZaps between vehicles?
    Yes, GeoZaps is portable. You can easily unplug it from one vehicle and install it in another as long as the vehicle has an OBD port.
     

  6. What should I do if my GeoZaps stops working?
    Please ensure the device is correctly plugged into the OBD-II port. If the issue persists, contact our support team for troubleshooting assistance or to claim your warranty.
     

  7. Is there a warranty for GeoZaps?
    Yes, GeoZaps comes with a 6-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal usage conditions.
     

  8. Can I track multiple vehicles with one GeoZaps?
    Each GeoZaps device is designed for a single vehicle. If you want to track multiple vehicles, you’ll need to purchase additional devices for each one.
     

  9. What the Warranty Covers:
    ​​Manufacturing defects
    Malfunctioning GPS tracking
    Connectivity issues related to normal usage
     

  10. What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
    Damage due to improper installation
    Water or liquid damage
    Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
    Normal wear and tear
     

  11. How to Claim Warranty: If your GeoZaps device is experiencing issues, please contact our support team with your order number and a description of the problem. We may ask you to return the device for inspection. If the issue is covered by our warranty, we will send you a replacement or repair the device.
     

  12. Please Note: The warranty applies only to the GeoZaps device and does not cover subscription services or third-party apps.
     

  13. GeoZaps offers a 6-month warranty on all devices, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use. If the device malfunctions during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
     

  14. Thank you for choosing GeoZaps. Please note that due to the nature of our product and services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

    1. Product Sales: Once a GeoZaps device is purchased, it is non-refundable. We encourage you to review all product details and compatibility information before completing your purchase.

    2. Subscription Services: All subscriptions for GeoZaps tracking services are non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, it will remain active until the end of the billing period but no refund will be issued for unused time.

    3. Promotional Offers: Any promotional item, including discounted or free devices as part of a campaign, is non-refundable.
       

  15. If you experience any technical difficulties or product malfunctions, we offer a 6-month warranty, which allows for repairs or replacements of faulty devices.
